I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #104506) with over 9 years of clinical experience providing individual, family, group, and couples therapy. I received my masters in Counseling Psychology from National University in April 2013. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including private practice, community mental health, and college health services. I use a combination of paradigms and interventions to best suit my clients including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I view mental health issues and the change process from a holistic perspective that includes the mind-body-spirit connection and social environment.
